Victorian old mine diamond pendant. Centrally set with a cushion old mine diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.65 carats, encircled with twelve cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.60 carats, suspended from five cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.28 carats, all suspended from two round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.04 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.57 carats, to an elegant pendant featuring floral motifs, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, suspended from an oval bale, pendant approximately 2.3cm in length with bale, the fine trace link chain approximately 16" in length. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, circa 1890.
