Art Deco three stone diamond ring. Set to centre with a round old mine diamond, N colour, VS1 clarity, with a weight of 2.59 carats in an open backclaw setting, flanked by two round old cutdiamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 1.38 carats, further flanked with six round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.20 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 4.17 carats, to an elegant three stone design with curving claws, an intricately pierced linear gallery and hexagonal open backholing, flanked by trumpeting diamond set shoulders leading through to a solid ridged shank with millegrain detail. Testedplatinum, circa 1925, accompanied by Gemmological Institute of America (GIA) report #2201401291.
